Civilian Careers

Community Officer

Starting salary $56,000/yr with event stipends

Community Officers are the friendly face of the LSPD out in the neighborhoods. Instead of chasing calls, you build relationships, run events, and help new players find their footing in Los Santos. If you love the social side of roleplay and want to shape the culture of the city, this is your beat.

Community Officer

Your shift is measured in conversations, not pursuits. You host public events, ride-alongs, and open days across the city, then spend the quiet hours helping new residents learn how life in Los Santos actually works. Every good interaction is a small deposit in how the city sees the department.

You are the bridge between the badge and the block. You act as a liaison between residents, businesses, and command, gather honest feedback, and carry real concerns back to the people who can act on them. It is warm, people-first roleplay that quietly makes the whole server better.
